Does Ovago guarantee my products, purchases, or Morpoints?
Our merchants must meet strict performance criteria in order to be listed in Ovago. We will have to hold your Morpoints payment until we receive payment for or record of your transaction from the merchant. Additionally, neither Ovago nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, employees or agents guarantees the products, refunds or rebates sold, offered or made by our merchant partners. All guarantees are between you and the merchant.
