Oregon State no longer participates in the WUE program. OSU also does not have reciprocity agreements with any of our border states (California, Idaho, Nevada or Washington). Since withdrawing from WUE, OSU has bolstered the number and amounts of scholarship and grant money to non-resident students. Oregon State is a WICHE member which is for graduate/professional programs only. At OSU, those are Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy (PharmD).
