Does Osea Leisure Park have an age limit on mobile homes?
A – If the holiday homes are in good condition and well maintained there is NO pressure to upgrade or purchase a new one. Although when a customer decides to sell a holiday home that is over 10 years old, then the holiday home will have to be sold off site which we are more than happy to help with, this is to maintain the quality of the holiday homes at Osea Leisure Park and to prevent new customers being over charged for older holiday homes.
