Yes, OsaSync PRO version 4.0 or higher can be used with Terminal Server. OsaSync depends on the computer network name of each computer to share with and in version 4.0 or higher it is possible to configure an alternative computer name for each user. After installing you should export the registry keys: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\OsaSyncPro.Connect] [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\OsaMonitoring.OsaMonConnect] from the server and import them for every user.
