Does ORVA accept students who have been expelled from another Oregon public school?
Pursuant to statute, the Oregon Virtual Academy is a public school and does not have to accept students who have been expelled from another Oregon public school. Students who have been expelled from an Oregon public school and submit an enrollment application to ORVA will be considered on an individual basis.
