Does organizational commitment affect motivation to learn in trainings?
Rivera, Iris, Nieves, Candice, Reid, Patrice, Morris, Karisa, Florida Institute of Technology Organizations invest a lot of money in trainings. Thus, factors that affect learning are a chief concern in developing these programs. This study examines whether organizational commitment moderates the relationship between motivation and learning. The participants are involved in leadership training. Data is collected using a pre/post test, motivation and organizational commitment scales.
