Creating, modifying, or dropping HTTP endpoints requires a user to have appropriate permissions. Further, access to endpoints requires authentication. Due to necessary permissions to successfully setup HTTP Endpoints, this feature will not be supported on our shared SQL Servers. However, we will support it on a dedicated or VM server.
