Although Oracle Grants has its own schema i.e. GMS, it reuses many of the tables with in Oracle Projects Schema like PA_PROJECTS_ALL, PA_EXPENDITURE_ITEMS_ALL, PA_EXPENDITURE_TYPES etc.
