Does OPTIX also offer a manufacturers factory warranty?
Yes. The manufacturer’s factory warranty applies to your new OPTIX purchase, when accompanied with your original receipt. Warranties don’t cover cracked, broken or scratched lenses, bent frames, damage from abnormal abuse, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear. All repairs will be handled by the manufacturer’s authorized repair facility noted in your warranty booklet enclosed in your optical packaging. Replacement lenses are available at an additional cost (if available). The customer is responsible for all the shipping and handling requirements.
