Does optimal ppm include tap water ppm?
It means you keep adding nutes until the water measures 800ppm. I’m not even sure how you would add 800ppm of nutes as the ppm level really points to the strength of nutes in the water. As far as I know ppm means parts per million. Just add your nutes slowly and check the change in ppm levels each time you add some, when the ppm meter hits 800 your there. Good luck…
