Does OPM still rate resumes?
Federal agencies have been delegated the authority to rate the qualifications of job seekers. Some agencies contract with OPM to provide this service. The important thing to keep in mind is that there is no generic process for submitting a resume or application to OPM for rating and/or employment consideration. You must apply to specific job announcements and follow the how and/or where to apply instructions provided.
