We practice Lemon Law in California and as far as we know there is no separate Lemon Law in Canada. However, it seems you purchased an extended warranty with this vehicle. The problem with extended warranties is they aren’t really warranties. They shouldn’t even use the word “warranty”. It’s probably just a maintenance contract: sort of like insurance in case something goes wrong after the original warranty runs out.
