Does OnPAC Energy have the same qualifications as other established providers?
Absolutely. In order to provide electricity in deregulated areas in Texas, a REP must be certified by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) and the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. (ERCOT). OnPAC Energy is certified and approved by the PUCT and ERCOT to serve as a REP to Texans. You can rest assure that OnPAC Energy is working under the same standards, rules and regulations as ALL the other REPs operating in Texas, including TXU and Reliant.
