Yes — when you download the Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus Beta from the official site, you will be given the choice to download either the 32-bit (x86) version or the 64-bit (x64) version. This choice will appear at the bottom of the screen on which you are given your Multiple Activation Key (MAK) code. If you download the 64-bit version of Office 2010 Beta, OneNote 2010 Beta will be available in its native 64-bit version.
