No, the Federal Direct Subsidized and Unsubsidized Loans have one promissory note for both loans. The Perkins Loan, given in the second year, has its own MPN that must be signed. The Graduate PLUS Loan has its own promissory note that must be signed if taking this loan. The promissory notes for the Direct Subsidized/Unsubsidized and the Graduate PLUS Loans can both be found at: www.studentloans.gov If you are receiving the Perkins Loan the promissory note website link will be sent out via email at the beginning of the summer.
