Does one HAVE to be an ordained Minister/Priest, etc. to baptize someone?
It’s usually a good idea. But then again, if you’re out in the middle of the bushes somewhere with no Minister on hand, and YOU, yourself are a believer and HAVE been baptized, you MAY, INFACT baptize another who wishes to come into the family of God. It would still be a good idea to have them talk to a Minister though, after the fact.
