Olympia covers groups with a minimum of 2 employees in its EPO plans only. Currently, our EPO client groups range in size from 2 to 6,000 employees. Olympia covers groups with a minimum of 5 employees (if an employer sponsored PPO plan) and 10 employees (if a voluntary PPO plan).
