Does Olympia have employee participation requirements?
Unlike other dental carriers that require 60% to 80% of eligible employees to participate in the group’s Dental Plan, Olympia does not in its EPO Dental Plans. In its PPO Dental Plans, minimum participation is required. Olympia will not decline a group EPO application due to the level of employee participation. The only EPO group size requirement is that the group must have a minimum of two members. Olympia’s EPO premiums are not increased due to low participation.
