Does ODU accept credential evaluations from agencies?
Old Dominion University evaluates all foreign credentials in-house. Evaluations completed by a credential evaluation agency or service are not accepted as official, however the report can serve as an English translation. All academic credentials must be sealed, stamped/attested by a school official (Registrar, Principal or Controller of Exams) and sent directly from the institution.
