Does OCE provide financial support for continuing education?
OCE promotes an environment where continuing education and professional development is strongly encouraged. We believe that employee development offers individuals the opportunity to improve on-the-job performance and prepare them for greater responsibilities within the company. In support of this philosophy, OCE provides a maximum of $1500.00 annually per person for job related upgrading and accreditation, including the cost of course materials and/or books. In order to qualify, approval must be secured prior to enrollment and must support development requirements clearly defined and agreed upon in advance.
