All three critical components of a plan are completely integrated within the NMHCRX adjudication system, regardless of whether the prescription is processed through the mail service or retail pharmacy. Transmission of all data including eligibility, claims, benefit plans, reporting and clinical programs is seamless. Mail order and retail data is aggregated, i.e.: Generic Substitution, Prior Authorization, Disease State, Internet, Management and Wellness initiatives.
