Does NIKAManager have live workload reports?
Yes. At any time you can view live summary reports showing workload in your team. By using drop-down menus you can get the same report sliced-and-diced any way you like: see the summary by user and priority, or by client, or by product, or by any field you set up! The summary report is very flexible and will give you an instant view of workload in your team. All the reports in NIKAManager are drill-down capable – from your summary report you can click on any category of interest and get a detailed list of items. You can also select individual items from the list to get even more detail, including all emails, faxes, notes, history etc.
