No, it does not mean that all shipments are shipped through overnight courier. We do however process all orders on the same day that they have been placed if they have been placed (out cut-off time is 3:00 PM local time). If you are unable to place an order before that time, but you still need overnight delivery you can always call our toll-free customer service number to see if we can expedite a shipment for you.
