Does NewsFlow allow a user to track content throughout the life cycle and provide the capability to generate reports for use when purging and/or archiving content?
The NewsFlow “sticky” metadata acquired upon ingest or manually inserted remains with the media asset and is accessible from any point on the network. Additionally, the metadata is embedded in the actual AVI file container. Administrators can query a report from a database to find out the last time an asset was used.
