Does New Zealand have any troops in Iraq?
New Zealand contributes to the “War on terror” in a way which helps the citizens of Iraq and Afghanistan to rebuild their lives. New Zealand provides engineers to these countries (from our defence force) to assist with rebuilding services in the provinces. I believe the SAS have been involved in operations as well but i doubt this would have been in a combat role. New Zealand is committed to a Non War approach and is also Nuclear Free.
