Every item we sell is covered by a 100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within seven days of receipt, in original condition, to exchange or refund your purchase. Please contact us immediately to tell us of the problem and arrange for return of the book. If a book is not as described, we refund postage. A restocking fee applies to books returned for reasons other than description discrepancies.
