Does New Leaf Paper charge sales tax?
If your purchase is for resale, we require your signed State resale certificate indicating the resale certificate number, stating that your are purchasing our paper to be resold. If you are a sales tax exempt organization or Federal Government agency, we require your signed exemption certificate. If your organization is not sales tax exempt and paper is shipped to California or New York and you are the ‘end user’ of the paper, you will be charged sales tax. Please inquire with a customer service representative about your company’s tax status for further information.
