New England Coach does have a lost and found program. Items left on the coach are retrieved and kept in a safe spot in the business office. New England Coach does not guarantee that all items left on a coach will be retrieved and returned to the appropriate owner. Certain circumstances remain outside the control of New England Coach employees and therefore there is no guarantee that an item left on a coach will be returned. New England Coach makes every reasonable attempt to return recovered items. New England Coach will ship all lost items at the owner’s expense via the owner’s preferred shipping method. Any unclaimed items will be discarded after 60 days.
