Does New Day Charter School provide technical support?
Yes. It is the responsibility of our technical support department to ensure that technical issues do not prevent students from attending classes or completing their work. Technical support is available 5 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Remote control software is used to diagnose and fix problems, just as if the technician was sitting at the computer. In addition to personal help, the technical department maintains a support website with answers to common problems, which often enables students to solve their computer issues by themselves.
