These specifications need to be adhered too regardless of the developer. Below are the 2 zoning sheets (approved minutes from the Cobb County Board of Commissioners 7/20/04 zoning hearing) regarding Arbor Walk. The third document entitled “June 2004 HOA Agreement” is referred too by these 2 zoning sheets.
