The short answer is yes. NCSA HTTPd 1.4.x required server push CGI scripts to be nph- scripts (see nph documentation). This should not be necessary in NCSA HTTPd 1.5. 4.2) My images seem to come in chunks under server push. In order to make server push work, you have to use non-buffered I/O.
