Does NC track LEPs?
Yes. On the Student Miscellaneous Information screen, there is so much that you can add. But, there is only one person who can enter this information. How much time can someone spend entering all this information? What are the scenarios where this has been used? This varies by district. Some districts find that they don’t use all the information. You do want to restrict who enters demographic information. Although it may seem time-consuming, this only has to be done once – when you are admitting a student or at the start of the school year. You should track as much information as you can because it benefits you down the road.
