If he is away on active duty, then you could get it, but if the credit union pulls the report, it will be a soft hit on his credit report. Just go to the following for a FTC approved free one time credit report from all three CRA’s https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/i… DO NOT use freecreditreport.com. You will have to provide a credit card # and there are too many horror stories about this organization.
