Natural Religion is against believing. It is for knowing. There seems to be something like evil, though from the right perspective it is part of the Divine. If anything, either evil is part of the Divine perfection, or part of the Divine imperfection. My favorite theory is that the Whole is Divine and Perfect. The part claiming to be separate or different from the Divine Whole is what we call evil.
