That depends on whether you have the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the Java Runtime installed. At the moment, NativeJ will only work with the 32-bit Java Runtime. It will not work with the 64-bit Java Runtime, since NativeJ generates 32-bit EXE only. We have no immediate plans to support the 64-bit Java Runtime.
