Does Nansulate® qualify under the Energy Star Program for tax credits?

We have been in contact with the Energy Star program, and currently they do not have a category for our type of insulation, since it is a next generation product. However, Nansulate® can qualify for tax credits that are not tied to the R-value measure for insulation value, but rather designated by proven energy reduction as measured by approved software/tools. At this time it does not quality for the energy credits which require IECC compliance, however state standards that use the ASHRAE Standard 90.1, would be able to use Nansulate® for qualification, because that standard allows actual energy savings recorded to qualify for an insulation credit.
