Yes, the Foamiture furniture vinyl cover has passed the California Bulletin 117 strict requirements. Fire Retardant Standards: Reflex Plus Natural® Foam and Vinyl cover both pass the California Bulletin 117 and UFAC strict “Flame Specifications” requirements. Please Note: Discounted and close-out vinyl materials may be excluded.
