Does my vehicle have Mercedes-Benz mbrace or Tele Aid?
If you purchased or leased a new Mercedes-Benz before November 16, 2009, and it is equipped with telematics hardware, you are currently receiving – or can begin receiving, upon activation – Tele Aid service. The Security & Care Package has a trial period of one year. By contrast, if your new Mercedes-Benz was purchased or leased on or after November 16, 2009, and it is equipped with telematics hardware, you are currently receiving – or can begin receiving, upon activation – mbrace service. The mbrace Package has a trial period of six months,and the option of three months of mbrace PLUS service. The trial begins on the day of lease or purchase.
