Regulations and licensing can vary from state to state In the UK you need to get a license from your local council no matter how young your child is. She’s too young to work… No one will hire her at her age. When she turns 15, then she can legally obtain a job license and start working at places. If she is actually able to do modeling work, then I would take her to some community centers or other places like that and see if they’ll let her work there.
