Does my students counselor or teacher have access to Parent Access or Student Access passwords?

0

Counselor can provide a username but they can only reset and issue a new password for Parent Access. This will involve an initial verification of identity process that usually takes place during a phone call by the parent. Further identification may be necessary which may result in you making a visit to your school’s Student Services department. Teachers cannot supply any information about Parent Access but can provide the student with his/her current username and password. Parents should not be provided with Student Access username/password information as there may be custody issues associated with viewing student grades and other information by a parent.
