Does my son have to complete a wilderness therapy program prior to enrolling in Bridges Academy?

Bridges Academy does not require students to complete an outdoor wilderness therapy program before enrolling. However, if the applicant has a history of significant drug use, running away, or physical aggressiveness, it may be a requirement as a condition of the student’s enrollment. We do however recommend that every student participate in this form of intervention, as it helps the student with the “buy-in” to residential therapy.
