Does my solution to the Time Travel Paradox make sense?

Yeah, that seems to work, but I think time travel to the past will always be impossible anyway, so there’ll never be a paradox like that to worry about. The reason time travel to the past can’t happen is that the laws of conservation of energy and mass prevent it. For example, if I left my “now” moment and traveled to a past “now” moment, the “now” I left would contain less matter and energy that it did when I was still in it, and the “now” I arrive at in the past will contain more matter and energy that it did before I arrived there. This would violate the conservation laws, and so will never happen.
