Does my router work with Nextera service?
Nextera service will work with most routers. If you are having trouble with Nextera service on an older router, we recommend that you download and install the router’s latest firmware from the manufacturer’s site. Both NAT (Network Access Translation) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) must be enabled on your router. If you are using DSL, your router should be configured for PPPoE.
