Due to the cylindrical nature of the evacuated tube, the solar collector can be located on roof areas facing NW or NE with a barely noticeable reduction in efficiently (2% – 4%). In general, the most north facing areas are the best place to start with a slope somewhere between 20 and 45 degrees.
