Does my partner claiming contribution based job seekers allowence reduce my working and child tax credits?

No it shouldnt do- although they are both means tested, but if your partner was the one claiming the working tax credits and now he is no longer working then all you will get is your child tax credit. If on the other hand you were both working but you were the one who claimed it then it shouldnt affect at all. If you are concerened at all I would give them a call just to get it clarified.
