No. Organizations in this area may be physically headquartered elsewhere, but funding will only go to programs that serve the population of Sussex County. For example, if you are affiliated with a Delaware-based group, headquartered in Wilmington, Newark, or Dover, we will accept your FACES application. Please make sure that your request will be 100% for work serving the population of Sussex County only.
