Does my organisation need to fully implement OLM in order to access elearning and do users still need to be set up if it is not?

OLM does not need to be implemented to access national elearning material which will be set up automatically in the course catalogue. Employees will need user accounts set up with access to the e-Learning User URP. This URP will allow employees to self enrol and play national content. If your organisation uses local content this will require set up using OLM.
