Does my Microsoft Action Pack Subscription License Agreement require me to immediately upgrade all of my internal-use licenses to Windows Vista?
No. In accordance with the Microsoft Action Pack Subscription License Agreement and the Microsoft Partner Program Guide, Microsoft partners are encouraged (but not required) to upgrade to the most recent version of any product included in the Microsoft Action Pack within six months. To the extent that certain constraints prevent you from upgrading your systems to the Windows Vista operating system, you may keep using your existing product licenses.
