Does my membership with another frequent flyer program qualify for OnePass Elite status?
With Elite Match, members of other frequent flyer programs receive status equal to the corresponding Elite OnePass level on participating airlines. You must provide proof of your frequent flyer status in any Copa Airlines office with the following documents: • Name and OnePass number. • A clear, legible and valid photocopy of your frequent flyer membership card indicating the level of status achieved. • A clear, legible photocopy of your most recent account statement reflecting the qualifying requirements of the other airline. Alternately, you may send a scanned color copy of the necessary documents to onepass@copaair.com. Within 10 days, Copa Airlines will process your application and notify you of your new OnePass status.
