Yes, if you hold a valid stock certificate for shares in ZiaSun, Telescan and/or Investools, you are a shareholder in the Company. Investools Inc. (NASDAQ: IEDU) converted into shares of SWIM on a 1-for-1 basis. In the merger creating Investools Inc., former ZiaSun (OTC BB: ZSUN) shares converted on a 1-for-1 basis, and Telescan (NASDAQ: TSCN) shares were subject to a conversion ratio of 0.55531 for every share held.
